whoa, ouch, yes!  Janelle you are so gifted at cueing and calling out fatigue and ways to refocus on the working muscle. warmup was tougher than usual warmup this quarter (at end before jumping jacks) and helpful reminder about bear-cub keeping knees low. thanks for excellent cueing as always miss logan!  490th class for me and challenge 8. Love the quickies. it's 9:13 pm, had to fit this in sometime today!

fun class!  that first thigh seemed easy at first, and then...WHOA.  So, I was getting married when Madonna's "Hung Up" Came out (wish I had barre then), and I totally rocked junior high activity nights when C & C Music Factory "Sweat" came out. Running Man.  Thanks for the shakes and smiles. this is my 486th class and challenge 4.
