"Who's a good girl?" We are! Love you too Krisi, Shannon and Kaylie. You make the 80% fun! and inspire me to shake. I needed this class today. This fetal is still killer and my bottom glut hurts WAY more than the "working" glut: making sure to bend my knees in as close to my head as possible and laying forearm on mat (like you suggest) helps to keep the top muscle working more. But it is good to hear that it is normal for both to hurt. 449 baby/C14

yes tough new warmup. This one's worth returning to. loved 'the seat wills it and the leg moves". that helps me use the seat muscle and less of my hip flexors. 447 baby/c12
